A LOT OF THE TIME OUR PUPPIES ARE RESERVED BEFORE THEY ARE BORN AND WE ONLY SOMETIMES HAVE A PUPPY LEFT OVER AFTER OUR FAMILIES ON OUR WAITING LISTS MAKE THEIR PUPPY SELECTIONS. GETTING ON OUR WAITING LIST IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED IF YOU WANT A PUPPY....ESPECIALLY ONE THAT IS TRI COLOR!

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE WANTING A TRI COLORED PUPPY...THERE CAN BE A WAIT OF AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OR LONGER DEPENDING ON THE LENGTH OF OUR WAITING LIST.

PLEASE NOTE....WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD BACK PUPPIES FOR OUR BREEDING PROGRAM

How does the waiting list work?
Families are placed on our waiting list in order of deposit. A completed puppy application along with a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit is required to be placed on our waiting list. The reservation signifies the intent on behalf of the buyer to follow through with the purchase transaction of a puppy. If you choose to pass on a litter, the deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to a next litter. If you suddenly change your mind or happen to find a puppy from another breeder you will loose your deposit so please do not ask for a refund.

Although we try our best to closely estimate breeding dates, due dates etc...there is never a guarantee as to when our females come in season. There are also occasions where a breeding does not produce a litter or results in a smaller litter than expected. Unfortunately these are circumstances that are beyond our control so please be aware there can be a bit of an extended waiting period for a puppy if mother nature does not cooperate. Also...puppies with the "Bernese Type" markings are extremely high in demand and much harder to produce so please make sure you are fully committed to the possible extended waiting period for a puppy before leaving a deposit.

How does the puppy selection process work?
Once a litter arrives we will send out a litter announcement e-mail and make a facebook post announcing the litter. At this time we ask you to keep a watch on the litter to determine if you will be picking or passing on the litter.  We will then send out another email a week before puppy picks to notify you that we will be doing picks on the current litter.  We will ask you to let us know if you would like the option to pick from the current litter.  Communicating if you want to pick or pass is greatly appreciated but if you want the option to pick from a litter YOU must notify us of your intent and we will ask you to make a selection when your turn comes.  If you do not notify us with an intent to pick, we will not ask you to pick and your name will be passed on the current litter.  Families are contacted starting at the top of the list and we proceed down the list accordingly. When it is your turn to pick out a puppy we will contact you via email and again by phone and or text message if necessary. There will be pictures and videos on the website to help in your selection process.  If you still can't make a decision based on the pictures and videos we can aid with more pictures and Facetime.  You will then have a time limit to respond with your puppy pick. If we do not hear back from you within that time frame, we will be forced to remove your name from the waitlist. This is done in fairness to all the other families on the list who are patiently waiting to choose their puppy. If you are undecided or unsure if a puppy fits your criteria, we are always happy to assist you with the puppy selection process and can send additional photos and video if needed. Once you pick out your puppy, your name will be removed from the website and your puppy will be marked as reserved on our website. In the event we don't have a puppy that fits your criteria at your turn to pick or your life circumstances has changed and you need to wait on getting a puppy....we would be more than happy to move you to a future litter. We do want all to be happy with their puppy picks but in all fairness to others looking to be placed on a waitlist, if you pass on two litters you will be moved to the bottom of our waitlist.
